About Me
Hannah is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC) who graduated from the UCSF School of Nursing in 2021 and began her practice at UBCP Hilltop, our Richmond office, transitioning full time to our Laurel Heights office in 2024. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, she provides comprehensive primary care to infants, children, and adolescents, including wellness visits, developmental guidance, and treatment of common illnesses.
Her clinical interests span all pediatric ages, from supporting newborns and their parents as a Certified Lactation Counselor to connecting with adolescents around mental health and their well-being. She is committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment where families feel heard and confident in the decisions surrounding their child’s health. Hannah is known for her warm, attentive approach and for taking time to listen closely to families’ questions and concerns.
Hannah grew up in California’s Central Valley and earned her undergraduate degree in Neurobiology from UC Davis. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with loved ones around the Sunset, the beach or the park, biking around the city or skiing with her husband, and exploring new (and often re-started) crafting hobbies.
She is currently welcoming new patients.
